Urinary tract infections account for a high number of contacts in the general practice. In this descriptive study from 3 Danish practices, 60 patients delivering urine samples produced at their own homes answered an anonymous questionnaire focusing on sampling, storing and transportation of the urine samples before delivery to the general practice.
